Deviled Ham Cornucopias

Delicious and savory deviled ham cornucopias offer a crispy bread shell filled with creamy deviled ham and eggs, perfect as an appetizer or party finger food.

Ingredients

  • 20 slices white bread
  • mayonnaise
  • 1 can deviled ham (4 1/2 oz.)
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard

Instructions

  1. Cut the bread into 20 rounds.
  2. Flatten each bread round with a rolling pin.
  3. Spread both sides of each bread round with mayonnaise.
  4. Roll each bread round into a cornucopia shape and fasten with toothpicks.
  5. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet in a 350°F oven for 12 to 15 minutes until lightly browned.
  6. Remove toothpicks before serving.
