  • cake mix
  • egg
  • water
  • Crisco oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease and flour a pan.
  3. Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
  4. Beat or blend ingredients until moistened and smooth.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes.
  7. Check doneness with a toothpick; it should come out clean.
  8. Invert the cake onto a plate or paper towels and cool.
