Ingredients

  • 4 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 4 eggs
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 2-3 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1-2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 5 tsp. Equal for Recipes or Equal (15-18 packages)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 275°F (135°C).
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a spring form pan.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes until set.
