Diabetic - Coconut Macaroons

- Combine evaporated skimmed milk and granulated sugar replacement in a large bowl, stirring until the sugar replacement dissolves.
- Add shredded unsweetened coconut; stir until the coconut is completely moistened.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets, spacing them 2 to 3 inches apart.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes, or until the tops are lightly browned.
- Remove from the oven and immediately transfer the macaroons from the baking sheet.
