Instructions

  1. Season the deer steaks with garlic powder and flour.
  2. Brown the steaks in hot oil until browned on all sides.
  3. Place the browned steaks in the bottom of a casserole dish.
  4. Top the steaks with sliced potatoes.
  5. Add mushrooms and Campbell's soup over the potatoes and steaks.
  6. Cover the casserole dish and bake at 250°F (121°C) for 2.5 hours.
