Diet Banana Split Pie

Ingredients

  • 4 graham cracker squares, crushed
  • 8 tsp. lo-cal margarine
  • 1 banana
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple in own juice, drained
  • 1 small box sugar free Jell-O vanilla pudding
  • 2 c. skim milk

Instructions

  1. Mix graham crackers and margarine and press into pie pan. Slice banana over crust.
  2. Sprinkle pineapple over banana.
  3. Mix pudding with milk and pour over fruit.
  4. Top with Cool Whip. Serves 4.
  5. Each serving counts as 1 bread, 1 milk, 1 fruit, 1 fat; 50 optional calories if Cool Whip is used.
