Ingredients

  • 3 cups mashed or chopped fruit
  • 2 envelopes of diet gelatin
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened apple juice
  • 3-4 packages of sweetener to taste
  • 2 tablespoons sure-jell

Instructions

  1. Combine fruit, gelatin, apple juice, and sweetener in a saucepan.
  2. Cook for 20 minutes or until the fruit is done, then add sure-jell.
  3. Cook for an additional 2 minutes and then remove from heat.
  4. Pour the mixture into sterile jars and seal.
