Ingredients

  • 10 oz. tomato juice
  • 1/2 pkg. chili mix
  • dash of Tabasco
  • 1/2 small onion, diced
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained

Instructions

  1. Add hamburger meat to sauce.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Pour into small casserole dish.
  4. Top with 1/2 cup cooked grits and cover.
  5. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
