Ingredients

  • 12 graham crackers
  • 2 Tbsp. reduced calorie margarine
  • 6 Tbsp. peanut butter
  • 2 c. skim milk
  • 1 large instant sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 c. whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Make a crust out of the graham crackers and reduced calorie margarine, then press into a 9-inch pie pan.
  2. Bake at 375°F for 8 minutes to set the crust.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine skim milk and instant sugar-free vanilla pudding mix until thickened.
  4. Stir in peanut butter until well blended.
  5. Fold in whipped topping until smooth.
  6. Pour the filling into the cooled crust and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
