Ingredients

  • 12 oz. can diet soda
  • 1/2 cup fresh fruit
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup coarsely crushed ice
  • 1/3 cup instant nonfat dry milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon artificial sweetener
  • 1/2 teaspoon extract (strawberry, almond, rum or brandy)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender.
  2. Whirl at high speed until frothy and blended.
