Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb butter
  • chives or scallions, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup white wine

Instructions

  1. Whip together the butter, chopped chives or scallions, garlic, and white wine until well combined.
  2. Fold in coarsely chopped nasturtiums into the butter mixture.
  3. Form the mixture into pats or logs and wrap in plastic.
  4. Can be frozen for later use.
