Ingredients

  • 1 lb. broad noodles
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 lb. cottage cheese
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 7 eggs
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1/4 lb. melted butter

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles and drain.
  2. Mix the rest of the ingredients: sugar, cottage cheese, vanilla, raisins, eggs, milk, sour cream, and melted butter.
  3. Pour the mixture over the cooked noodles and mix lightly.
  4. Pour into a lasagna pan and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
  6. Let sit for 20 minutes before cutting and serving.
