Ingredients

  • 1 c. diet apricot marmalade
  • 1/2 c. shortening
  • 1/4 c. thawed Scramblers
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 c. raisins

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together; mix well.
  2. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet.
  3. Press each cookie slightly.
  4. Bake at 400°F for 8 to 10 minutes.
