Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 c. dry elbow macaroni, cooked
  • 8 oz. cubed Velveeta cheese
  • 2 oz. shredded Cheddar
  • 1/2 small onion, chopped
  • 6 slices bacon, fried until almost crisp (save grease)
  • 1 can Italian original stewed tomatoes (Del Monte), chopped into smaller pieces

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
  2. Add enough bacon grease to flavor.
  3. Microwave 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese thoroughly melts.
  4. Or bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
  5. Mix before serving.
