Ingredients

  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. chopped parsley
  • 1/4 c. chopped chives
  • 1/4 c. chopped dill weed
  • 3 Tbsp. dry vermouth
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add mayonnaise, chopped parsley, chopped chives, chopped dill weed, dry vermouth, and lemon juice to the processor bowl.
  2. Process until mixture is smooth.
  3. Cover and chill for 1 hour.
  4. Stir in chopped cucumber before serving.
