Ingredients

  • 12 oz. nonfat cottage cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 1/2 tsp. chopped dill
  • dash of pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix cottage cheese and lemon juice in blender for 3 to 5 minutes at medium speed until smooth. Stir in onion powder, parsley, dill and pepper.
  2. Chill and serve with fresh vegetables.
