Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. fresh dill, minced
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. pimientos, minced
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, diced

Instructions

  1. Blend first 4 ingredients together.
  2. Mix in diced, hard-boiled eggs.
  3. Refrigerate for several hours to allow the flavors to blend.
  4. A great change!
