- Microwave butter until melted.
- Stir in lemon and cream. Place fish in mixture and turn to coat both sides.
- Sprinkle each with dill.
- Cover with plastic.
- Let sit in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
- Bake at 350° for 20 to 40 minutes.
