Ingredients

  • 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can minced clams, undrained
  • 1/2 tsp. dried dill
  • 3/4 c. 1% low-fat cottage cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. light cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Drain clams; reserve 3 tablespoons liquid and set aside. Place reserved clam liquid, dill and next 5 ingredients in food processor.
  2. Cover; process until smooth.
  3. Spoon mixture into bowl; stir in clams.
  4. Serve with raw vegetables.
  5. Yield:
  6. 1 1/2 cups.
