Dilly Garlic Bread

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. butter, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped fresh dill
  • 1 (16 oz.) loaf French bread
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cut bread in half horizontally.
  2. Combine butter, garlic and dill; spread mixture evenly on cut halves of bread.
  3. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  4. Bake at 375° for 8 minutes or until golden. Slice bread crosswise into 1 inch slices and serve immediately.
