Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. potatoes
  • 1 c. dairy sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp. dill seed
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Scrape small new potatoes and cook in boiling salted water until done; drain.
  2. Combine 1 cup sour cream, dill seed, and salt; pour over the cooked potatoes.
  3. Heat the potatoes with the sour cream mixture for 1 to 2 minutes, turning to coat evenly.
