Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped, peeled apples

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add sugar and beat well until combined.
  3. Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt; add to the egg mixture.
  4. Stir in chopped nuts and peeled, chopped apples.
  5. Pour the mixture into a well-greased pie pan.
  6. Bake in a 350°F (175°C) oven for 30 minutes.
  7. Serve with Cool Whip.
