Ingredients

  • 6 whole broiler-fryer breasts, skinned, boned and cut into 1 x 1/2-inch nuggets
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 3 tablespoons sesame seed
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 to 1 1/2 pint corn oil

Instructions

  1. Mix eggs, water, salt, sesame seed, and flour into a batter.
  2. Heat corn oil over medium heat in a heavy, sturdy, flat-bottomed 3-quart saucepan or deep fryer, filling no more than one-third full.
  3. Heat the oil to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Dip the chicken nuggets into the batter, then fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per batch.
  5. Remove nuggets and drain on paper towels before serving.
