Ingredients

  • Pepperidge Farm or Arnold bread
  • ham, sausage or bacon
  • Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 3 c. milk
  • 8 to 10 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • salt
  • 2 c. corn flake crumbs
  • 1/2 c. melted margarine

Instructions

  1. Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Put 1 layer of bread in bottom. Sprinkle ham pieces, cooked and crumbled sausage or cooked and crumbled bacon.
  3. Top with cheese.
  4. Beat together milk, eggs, mustard and salt.
  5. Gently pour over meat and cheese.
  6. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
  7. In morning, sprinkle top with corn flake crumbs and pour melted butter over all.
  8. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes until golden brown.
