- Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Put 1 layer of bread in bottom. Sprinkle ham pieces, cooked and crumbled sausage or cooked and crumbled bacon.
- Top with cheese.
- Beat together milk, eggs, mustard and salt.
- Gently pour over meat and cheese.
- Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
- In morning, sprinkle top with corn flake crumbs and pour melted butter over all.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes until golden brown.
