Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 2 1/2 to 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. bread crumbs
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine ground beef, egg, Worcestershire, salt and pepper. Mix well with hands, gradually adding bread crumbs.
  2. Form into patties.
