Ingredients

  • 1 lb liver
  • 1/2 cup cornmeal
  • 1 cup flour

Instructions

  1. Cut the liver into small pieces and grind in a food processor.
  2. Put the ground liver into a mixing bowl.
  3. Add cornmeal, flour, and garlic powder; mix well.
  4. Grease a cookie sheet.
  5. Spread the liver mixture evenly on the sheet.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes, or until done.
  7. Let cool, then break into small pieces and store in a container in the refrigerator.
