Ingredients

  • 1 lb. sausage, cooked
  • 1 lb. bacon, cooked
  • 12 slices bread
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 8 eggs
  • 4 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Line baking dish with 1/2 of crumbled bread.
  2. Next layer 1/2 of cheese and then 1/2 of crumbled sausage and bacon.
  3. Make another layer of each, ending with cheese.
  4. Mix together eggs, milk, mustard, salt and Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Over layers, pour eggs and milk mixture.
  6. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
