A hearty baked lasagna featuring seasoned ground beef, layered with melted mozzarella, cheddar, cottage cheese, and rich tomato paste, perfect for comforting family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 6 lasagna noodles
  • 1 lb. browned ground beef
  • 1 (4 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 c. shredded mild cheddar cheese
  • 2 c. cottage cheese

Instructions

  1. Grease the bottom of a 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
  2. Place 3 cooked lasagna noodles on the bottom of the dish.
  3. Spread browned ground beef over the noodles.
  4. Spread tomato paste over the ground beef.
  5. Spread mozzarella cheese over the tomato paste.
  6. Spread cheddar cheese over the mozzarella cheese.
  7. Spread cottage cheese over the cheddar cheese.
  8. Sprinkle with garlic salt to taste.
  9. Top with the remaining 3 lasagna noodles.
  10. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  11. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
  12. Remove from oven and enjoy.
