Ingredients

  • 1/2 lg. onion, diced
  • 2 sm. cans green chili, diced
  • 1 good size jalapeno pepper
  • 1 lg. 28 ounce. can tomatoes, liquid removed
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • Oregano
  • Garlic salt
  • Regular salt
  • Cilantro (opt.)
  • 1 - 1 1/2 teaspoon vinegar

Instructions

  1. First put everything into food processor and process.
  2. Check the consistency of couple of times.
  3. Add in garlic, salt and oregano to taste.
  4. The cilantro (Chinese parsley) is optional but it adds a lot of flavor to Mexican foods.
