Ingredients

  • 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 3 (28 oz.) cans tomatoes
  • 3 (4 oz.) cans green chile peppers, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 large onions
  • salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brown chopped onions, garlic, and salt in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add drained tomatoes to the skillet and cook until most of the juice evaporates, about 15 minutes.
  3. Add drained green chile peppers and cook for another 10 minutes.
  4. Stir in Velveeta cheese and cook until melted, about 5 minutes.
  5. Serve warm with Dorito chips.
