Ingredients

  • 6 oz. lime jello
  • 8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 15-16 oz. can crushed pineapple

Instructions

  1. Set out cream cheese to soften.
  2. Drain pineapple; save juice.
  3. Boil 2 cups water and stir in the lime jello until dissolved.
  4. Pour the jello mixture into a 13 x 9-inch glass baking dish.
  5. Allow the jello to cool slightly and set.
  6. Mix crushed pineapple and softened cream cheese until well combined.
  7. Add 1 3/4 cups of pineapple juice and cold water to the jello mixture.
  8. Fold in the pineapple and cream cheese mixture.
  9. Chill until firm before serving.
