Dot'S Blueberry Bread

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. margarine, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 1/2 c. blueberries

Instructions

  1. Pat dry the blueberries; set aside.
  2. Cream the margarine and sugar together.
  3. Add 1 egg at a time.
  4. Add dry ingredients, then add milk.
  5. Fold in blueberries.
  6. Grease and flour loaf pans.
  7. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
  8. Makes 1 large loaf or 2 small loaves.
