Ingredients

  • 2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. confectioners sugar
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 1/3 c. Crisco

Instructions

  1. Mix together into dough.
  2. Roll out and cut with biscuit cutter or drop into skillet of hot oil and turn over, browning both sides.
