Ingredients

  • 6 ounces Greek yogurt, vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Whisk until combined and of pancake batter consistency.
  3. Bake on lightly greased griddle.
  4. Turn when edges look dry.
