Ingredients

  • 4 1/2 tsp unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 cup cold lemon juice
  • 1 (20 oz) can unsweetened sliced apples, well drained
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 2/3 cup boiling unsweetened apple juice
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Soften gelatin in cold lemon juice in blender container for 4 minutes.
  2. Add boiling apple juice and blend on high speed until all gelatin granules are dissolved.
  3. Add salt, undrained sliced apples, cinnamon, and vanilla.
  4. Blend until smooth and fluffy.
  5. Fill jars, cover, and chill.
  6. Store in refrigerator.
