Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 leg quarters
  • 6 cups water
  • 3 large bay leaves
  • seasoned salt
  • black pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil all ingredients until the chicken is done.
  2. Remove bay leaves and chicken from the broth.
  3. Debone the chicken.
  4. Discard bones, fat, and skin.
  5. Set the meat aside.
