Ingredients

  • 6 lb. plums
  • 6 lb. sugar
  • 2 lb. raisins
  • 2 1/2 lb. nuts (weigh in shell)
  • 4 large oranges (use grated peel)

Instructions

  1. Weigh the plums after pitting.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a large pot.
  3. Bring to a boil and cook until the mixture reaches a jelly-like consistency.
