Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 package yeast
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons soft butter

Instructions

  1. Dissolve yeast in warm water; add sugar, salt, beaten egg, and soft butter.
  2. Beat in flour until well combined.
  3. Let the dough rise for 45 minutes.
  4. Stir the risen dough down and spoon into 12 greased muffin tins.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes or until brown on top.
