Ingredients

  • 2 rabbits, cut up
  • 5 Tbsp. bacon fat
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 green pepper, sliced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 c. hot water
  • 5 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 tsp. parsley
  • 1 can green peas, drained

Instructions

  1. Brown rabbits with bacon fat.
  2. Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water and add all the ingredients.
  3. Simmer for 45 minutes.
  4. Great over biscuits!
