Instructions

  1. Peel off outer layers of skin from whole garlic bulbs, leaving bulbs intact and cloves unpeeled.
  2. Place bulbs in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Fill the baking dish with vermouth until the garlic bulbs are half covered.
  4. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake at 425°F for 1 hour.
