- Scoop out the center of the orange half, first cutting along the inside of the rind.
- Dice the orange center and place it in a small bowl.
- Dice and combine the orange with the apple and banana.
- Fill the orange cup with the diced fruit mixture.
- Add a toothpick for the neck, a carrot round for the head, and half a toothpick for the beak to assemble the turkey.
- Stick celery leaves in the back of the orange for feathers.
- Set the decorated orange on a lettuce leaf on a plate.
