Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 6 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 dash onion salt
  • 3 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 6 slices bacon

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together, except bacon.
  2. Use a double boiler on low-medium heat if desired.
  3. Cook, stirring constantly, until smooth and blended.
  4. Add bacon and stir to combine.
  5. Keep hot in a chafing dish. Serve with crackers, apple wedges, and fresh vegetable sticks.
