Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken
  • Aunt Jemima corn meal mix (buttermilk)
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 4 stalks celery
  • 7 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. oil

Instructions

  1. Boil chicken until very tender. It's very important that chicken is tender. Debone. Save broth.
