Dried Lima Beans

Ingredients

  • 1 large pkg. dried lima beans
  • 1 large hunk white bacon or fat back
  • 1 medium Irish potato
  • 1 medium onion
  • dash of garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Wash beans first, soak overnight in enough water to cover.
  2. Put in a large pot.
  3. Add white bacon, cut up potatoes and quarter onion.
  4. Add a dash of garlic salt.
  5. Cook until done.
  6. Salt and pepper to taste as bacon may be enough.
