- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the pork roast in the oven and pour about half of the 7 and 7 drink over it.
- Season the roast with salt and pepper to taste.
- Roast for 45 minutes.
- Remove the roast from the oven.
- Pat the brown sugar evenly over the entire roast.
- Place orange slices over the roast and secure with toothpicks.
- Pour the remaining 7 and 7 over the roast.
- Return the roast to the oven and continue baking until desired doneness, basting every 15 to 20 minutes.
