Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. salt
  • 1/8 c. pepper
  • 1 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. garlic powder
  • 3 Tbsp. paprika
  • 1 Tbsp. onion salt
  • 3/4 c. chili powder
  • 2 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. cumin seed

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Let set at least 6 hours before using.
  3. Rub on meat and bake in oven.
