Ingredients

  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 2 sticks oleo (butter)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Grease a 9 x 13-inch dish.
  3. Mix cherry pie filling, crushed pineapple, and sugar together.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared dish.
  5. Sprinkle yellow cake mix over the fruit mixture.
  6. Slice oleo (butter) over the top of the cake mix.
  7. Sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
  8. Bake for 1 hour until bubbly and golden.
