Instructions
- Brown burger and onion together and drain off all fat.
- In large bowl, combine rice, margarine, meat mixture, tomatoes, salt and basil and mix well.
- Spoon filling into pepper shells and tamp down to make sure they are full.
- Top with tomato sauce and grated cheese.
- Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes.
