Ingredients

  • 16 oz. lasagne noodles, uncooked
  • 6 cups spaghetti sauce
  • 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 8 oz. Ricotta or cottage cheese
  • 4 oz. Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Spread one cup of spaghetti sauce in the bottom of the lasagne pan.
  2. Press a layer of uncooked lasagne noodles into the sauce.
  3. Top with a portion of each of the cheeses and about 1 cup of sauce.
  4. Repeat layering until all cheese is used.
  5. Top with the remaining sauce.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
  7. Allow to stand for 15 minutes before cutting into squares for serving.
