Ingredients

  • lettuce leaves
  • 1 cup carrot sticks
  • 1 cup celery sticks
  • 1/2 cup cucumber circles
  • 1/2 cup cauliflower flowerets
  • 1 large tomato, cut in 8 wedges
  • 4 large, hard-cooked eggs, halved

Instructions

  1. Line a large platter with lettuce leaves.
  2. Arrange vegetables and eggs in separate sections on the lettuce leaves.
  3. Place tomato wedges around the other vegetables and eggs.
  4. Accent the platter with leaves from celery sticks.
